Over the last ten years, I have handed several civil cases to the Roach Law Firm. Susan Roach was well prepared before each trial, and represented my cases very well. I also had a chance to work with Bill Roussin and he too, is very knowledgeable, and gave me a great legal advice and on how to proceed. I hate the monthly harassment for money sometimes as often as weekly , especially since I have always paid on time in full. and the "maintenance fee" needs to go away, again, I always pay on time

Absolute worst set f attorneys I have ever heard of and dealt with. Not only did they harass me for money daily, they didn't inform me of a court date I had, and made it out to be my fault I missed it. Bill has been in trouble for fraud (in Springfield) after selling out a state representative for money laundering when he was the one who gave them advice. The only thing this firm cares about is the next payment you give them. They completely destroyed my case. Never filed paperwork they should have, never gave advice on what to do, and constantly threatened to drop my case if I didn't pay them. I ended up switching attorneys after paying them over 6 grand! Absolute money hungry filth. Do not use them.

The Roach Law firm has been a saving grace in my life. A little while back I went to Susan for help. I was falsely and negligently accused of a crime I did not commit. Everyone was against me except my family and Susan for something I did not do. Not only were they professional but they were personable and made me feel like they had my back. Through hard work and faith the truth come out and we won the case and justice was served. If not for the Roach Law Firm, I would not be here today. They are more crooked than a bank robber. They don't know what they are doing, you talk to one lawyer that takes your money & assure you that you are good, then on an emergency court date after taking your money, they send a associate in that doesn't even know your name. Wow you talking about a thief, they took money from a person that was trying to fight to keep their home, they milk that person & then while they was in court, they had them thrown in the street with no money to use to move. Don't lie and take money from innocent people, then making under the table deals with the devil.

Not bad attorneys just expect an 18% interest rate on your bill and a $40 a month maintenance fee (even after the divorce is finalized). Then even after you've handed them a 10 thousand dollar check getting calls every 2 weeks and threatened to be taken to court over past due balances (even though you've never missed a payment).
