Ms. Mitchell is very kind, respectful, fair, and knowledgeable. I would trust her with any and all of my legal matters!

I used this law firm for my divorce and everything went smooth. Getting all the paperwork was the hard part but Casey is very helpful with this. You give Angelyn all the info on your situation she goes to work for u and the day u have your divorce she walks in like a boss and in no time you are done.

Angelyn handled my divorce case. She was absolutely amazing! She fought for me and what was in my best interest. Angelyn was very level with me as well. That I really appreciated. The divorce process is not easy but Angelyn was by my side every step of the way. Casey was a wonderful person very kind hearted and willing to listen. She took time in her day when she didn’t really have the extra time to help in any way that she could. Wonderful wonderful ladies and advocates. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They were great extremely helpful and definitely went above and beyond what they needed. Would highly recommend. Casey answered all my questions and explained everything were I understood everything that I
needed to know that I was not understanding before.

Worst experience. Angelyn is lazy and greedy! She did little of 4 hours (meeting with me and my child) of work in over a year and charged me (a single mother making under 15k/yr) $5,000. She extorted me a week before trail (that we waited half a year to get this trial date) saying if I didn’t pay the $1000 left due to her that she would remove my trial from the docket. I had to beg my family to borrow 1k that day so I could fight for my grade school age child.
At the court date she wasn’t prepared and threatens that if we went to the judge that I would possibly be liable for the other parties fees. Desperate I settled out of trial as she claimed I wouldn’t reach my ‘burden of proof’. She charged me and the other party $2,300 MORE for the 3 hours she did nothing at court that day. Now, 7 months letter (no letter or follow-up/phone call/notice) I get an email from my part-time employer saying I’m getting my wages GARNISHED to make the $2,300 pavement to this wretch. Some people are so desperate and evil. Angelyn is willing to take FOOD from my child’s mouth at any means necessary. My paycheck covers my bills and that is all. Do not work with this scam!

Horrible. Horrible. GAL bias. Made assumptions that were false. Sided with my ex husband who lied and didn't believe my children even though they begged her and told her how bad their dad is to them. Refused to listen to my oldest child. Made up her mind early on bc I didn't have money to pay the court ordered lawyer. So if your poo, plan to lose.

The firm is very knowledgeable and the staff was so helpful. They looked out for my best interests. And always available and willing to go above and beyond to get my situation taken care of. I highly recommend using them. And her partner casey was such a delight to deal with. She made everything ok.

Our daughter and her then husband have 1 child and were getting a divorce. When we were asked what our most important request for our grand daughter / daughter is that they are safe in any environment they are in. Our lawyer suggestion Angelyn and right away we were having a meeting with her, then her husband met with her and then our grand daughter. She came to our homes and asked questions of each of us. Because of our original request, other than being safe, she was not sure how it would go but was willing to take the case on, she seemed to be for the daughter/grand daughter and was only interested in what was best. On our Court Date, she was right in there with the lawyers and the judge. We feel that we were treated VERY fare and would use her again without hesitation.

Let me preface this review with the fact that we REQUESTED a guardian at litem for our case....that being said for some reason the minute we walked into her office she accused my wife of being a drug addict and a liar!!!! From the very minute we got her involved she jumped on the opposite side and never gave us any kind of just treatment. Her staff was rude and uncaring. She demanded extra fees when she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to warrant said fees. Her office is a cesspool and has monopolized peoples children as a business for herself and her partners. Im ashamed that this organization could look at the MOUNTAINS of the evidence, the three days in trial and all the lies we caught the opposing side in, and the CLEAR and OBVIOUS collusion with the opposing counsel. I'm going to be contacting EVERY news outlet I can and I will not allow this farce to continue. Please please please ...do not trust this joke of an attorney. If you are force to use her do not trust her and do everything you can to get her removed from the case. Unless your trying to get out of paying child support then she's perfect for you! Angelyn was my court appointed GAL, and honestly I don't get all the bad reviews. I thought she was awesome, professional and FAIR. I liked the people in her office and would definitely recommend her.

Angela Zimmerman was our appointed GAL. She refused to speak with us and half way spoke with our children. She even told our children that she couldn't protect them from their abuser because of "jurisdiction" issues. The state they were abused in refused to protect them because they now reside with us- and Zimmerman refused to protect then because they were abused in another state. We were forced to get an attorney due to her incompetence.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE Angeline Zimmerman for custody cases. She couldn't care less about either party or the child. She is PROMPT with sending you a bill, only RE-active and not proactive on anything having to do with the case, and then tries to make her small sneaky actions seem like they will benefit your case in the future somehow. There is nothing worth hiring her or paying her for.
I'm adding to this review now...wishing I could rate her "firm" even WORSE!!! In dealing with her assistant...and the fact that I have to go pick up my original documents (they won't mail them back to me or they will charge me MORE!!)...I informed her assistant, Casey, that I'll also be paying off my dues to them when I come in today to pick up my documents. Casey was rude and abrupt and ended her email with "I look forward to your payment coming in!" If my small dues were more than 6 months past due and IF I hadn't been paying every month something to them...I could excuse this language. However...when in ANY customer service, it is a #1 rule to say something more along the lines of "I look forward to seeing you!" not just your money. Another reiteration of how that so-called law firm cares ONLY about your money! HORRIBLE practice.
