“Chuck” James tried threatening my employer and me when I found his daughter, Sarah, an apartment working as her real estate agent and she went behind my back and tried to rip me off. Ironically, she works in the service industry but does not seem interested in paying for services. When I took her to small claims court, he tried harassing my boss into firing her and threatening me that he would contact the real estate board. He never did. When all else failed. He threatened to “kick [my] ass” and literally signed an email “Your Worst Nightmare.” Absurd. Oh yeah, after his daughter had signed the papers for the place, she said she was from Ferguson, and was glad there weren’t many “people... like, that” around in Norwood, Ma. Awful.

Tom Hutchison worked on our wills back when our kids were young. Now that they're grown, we needed to change our estate plans.
