Its a popular misconception that when you need a dynamic heavy hitter to be your attorney its unattainable unless your wealthy or break the bank borrowing to be able to afford it.I too was under that impression until I had my day in court with Brian Thomasson. He was very professional, concise, confident and personable, willing to go the extra mile for a very affordable rate. When you find yourself in a situation that requires representation, you wonder am I saving money or wasting it,no need to worry if Brian takes your case. Its the welcomed and rare time that you’ll get more than you paid for.

Needing a lawyer is never an easy thing, but Brian and his associates made it incredibly easy. 10/10. I will recommend them to anyone that mentions a lawyer

Brian and his staff are incredibly good at what they do. As a team they support you from all fronts and ensure you are taking care of. They are great at keeping open and constant lines of communication so I never feel like I dont know what is going on. This has been a problem for me with other firms in the past. Also their attention to detail is impressive, and their representation is second to none. For me, this has taken the stress out of dealing with legal issues and I highly recommend them as a firm. At this point, I may start my own crime syndicate because I am so confident that Brian and his team will have my back in the court room. Ok, I probably won't do that, but I no longer worry about what I'm going to do if I need legal representation. Again, I highly recommend them!!

The most dedicated and trustworthy attorneys in Hampton Roads. They all work as a team, caring and devoted to each person that walks through their door.

If you want the job done right the first time, this is the firm to call!! Highly recommend!!

Very bad experience. They take your money and tell you how good they are, and then nobody calls you back. They also don’t answer emails. They come to court late and have no idea what your case is about . Do not waste your money. They are terrible attorneys and they don’t care about their clients.

Free consultation and great advice heading into court. He took the time to explain my options and was honest with his recommendations.

The worst GAL. He never took the time to discuss the custody case with me or have a sit down with my child and myself. He never came to my home, which is important, and he lied about what the therapist advised for custody. Wow. I was told by my son he was "daddy's friend". He is a poor representation of a GAL since he refuses to investigate all the facts before he wrongfully makes a decision. He had no idea he was advocating for an abusive, manipulative liar. His sole purpose in this situation was to fully understand the dynamic going on with all parties involved. He failed horribly.
