Missed my first intake appointment due to a family situation, called upon resolution to schedule a different time to come in. He said because I wasn't able to call that day as to why I'd miss my appointment, he wouldn't be making another appointment and promptly said bye. Not very good customer service to me, glad I won't be using this attornwy.

Mr. Moreno emailed me right back and also attached very helpful information in regards to bankruptcy and any questions he thought I might've had early in the process. He is very thorough, organized, smart, professional and I appreciated his expertise and great knowledge that it took for me to file my bankruptcy. This “attorney” is far from professional.
He did not greet us when we walked in and the first thing he just had to show us was his big waterfront home he was keeping an eye on- on his iPad. He did not take the time to listen to our problems or worries with filing. Instead, he decided to talk about his past marriage(s), sex life, and how he’s moved so many times. He also answered the phone in the middle of our consult to yell at a solicitor for calling his phone. Not to mention his attire was a stained button-up shirt and outdoor pants. He had also felt the need to brag about how he fired all is assistants because they didn’t do what he wanted (wonder why the building was empty?). I just really hope this attorney gets his act together..
