First off the woman is nasty nasty nasty. No personal communication skills with the public. My husband and I both had relations with Ms. Spencer. I was incarcerated looking for an attorney. I had my father call. She treated him as if he was a pest. Keep in mind this is her paycheck. Not mine. She screamed at him on the telephone she could not discuss my case with him. Well how am I supposed to discuss my case ? She doesn't accept calls from the jails. My husband had already retained her. He gets a letter 3 weeks in advance to his court case against apologizing that he we will be going in front of Judge Smith for sentencing. Anyone who has any sense knows Judge Smith is the worst!!!!! Now, how did she know so far ahead he was to see Judge Smith. Any other attorney who is not taking a seat as a sit in Judge does not know these things. So instead of working her magic and going to see another Judge she continues her case. She represented him so poorly he was actually able to be granted an appeal. In the state of VA this is close to impossible. When sentenced she looked at her client and grinned. She said he deserved his sentence. Now what a sell out ! Aren't defense attorneys supposed to be on the defendants side regardless what the crime ? Hmmm. Shady shady shady woman. Would you like to take the same risk and be sold out ? Be smart and hire an attorney with a great reputation such as Andrew Sacks or Mr Brocoletti. If you can't afford them rather go with a court appointed attorney.
Oh keep in mind she promised my husband 30 days to one year. No attorney can promise anything. She's dishonest, unprofessional, and sick. I will be contacting the bar association immediately.
