He called me about a my inquiry on my potential case and he wasn't very pleasant. I was asking for legal advice and he showed no regard for me. He said "Well I don't know what to tell you." As if my situation was beneath him. I didn't like the 3 minute phone call between us. Not because he couldn't help me, that I can understand if "my insurance doesn't cover" his services, but the lack of humanization.
