Over priced...I was charged 3 hrs total for 2 court visits ($750) and the defendant didn't even show up, wasn't even in court for 15 mins. Then the 3rd visit was no more than 45 mins and was charged for 3.5 hrs ($900). Had two update him each count visit before we went in when he could have contacted me before hand. FIND a lawyer that has a flat fee! I paid over $1600 up front then was billed an extra $1700 & was told about it the day before court on my 3rd visit. STAY CLEAR... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Words cannot express how impressive Thom is. If you're in need of a criminal defense attorney for healthcare at the federal level. There are none better in the courtroom. There's a extremely small amount of lawyers that have won criminal cases in federal court but Thomas has done that multiple times. That is extremely elite company. If you're a physician or other healthcare professional and find yourself as a target in a federal investigation then call them immediately. These types of cases are complex and difficult and go on for years. Believe me I know Thom has stood by my side and gotten me through it. He's awesome and I highly recommend him and his staff. I won't be coming back I don't feel like I was taking very seriously paperwork wasn't filled out properly the first time. Phone calls to the answering service were never received according to staff had to follow up multiple times with my messages. Cost me a little extra money and another court date. Had to explain My Story 3 different times which I got charged for all three times to do. I feel like I could have done it all myself and have saved $2,000. Just had the feeling that you had way too much on your plate to chew and I was a dish less desired. I was however satisfied with the last lawyer that came to substitute for him. I'm still waiting on copies of all my paperwork by the way, and it's been since December. Also some of these people leaving reviews on his page work for the firm or know him in some way. I have mixed feelings about Thomas he made me feel really good in the beginning until after I paid he even knocked off a couple charges here and there in which the office staff found a way to add on more and make it back don't really know who was at fault in The Firm for my particular situation taking so long or not being taken seriously and paperwork not being filled out and filed properly. Just feel like I spent way too much money on my particular case. Also this will probably come off as offensive but you should probably try to cut back on the dip it sounds like you're having trouble breathing like you're choking on it made it hard to understand you when you were talking to me...

And to answer your repetitive response in advance I don't think there's anything you can do for me to change my mind at this point. But I'm a businessman as well so I'm all ears.

Bad experience after feeling good about initial consultation with Tom M. I was about to retain his services but had further questions to better protect me in recovering stolen monies. Trying to contact him numerous times was fruitless with not even the professionalism/decency of one call back!

Bad experience! He blows smoke up your dress telling you what he can do for you, giving you hope. Then when the going gets tough he is no where to be found. Drops your case like a hot cake and doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't pay his bill so you can call him. Don't waste your money!!! Voice mailbox "Not set up" so you cant leave voicemail. Leaving a message with his office didn't work either. Shame on you Mr. Michaelides for taking advantage of people who felt they had no where else to turn.

Worst law attorney's in las vegas never return calls. Took my money and did absolutely nothing for me i wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy...
