So in the interest of full disclosure, Jordan was not the first attorney I called.......he was the third.......but he was the first (and only) one who, after hearing the facts of my case said "No, what happened to you was wrong and yes, I can help you." This is important in that the other attorneys I called turned me down, obviously because my case was not "cut and dry" - it involved an assault almost 2 years ago which meant obtaining medical records, police reports, dealing with insurance companies......true, it was not "cut and dry" but Jordan and his staff put in the extra effort and we recently concluded my case to my complete satisfaction. There are plenty of attorneys in Las Vegas; all you have to do is drive down the 215 and look at the various billboards - but do you want to choose the first one who jumps at the chance in representing you, or one that has the intelligence and experience to recognize each case is unique and should be treated as such? And kudos to his paralegal Melisa, who answered my many questions and worked with me when scheduling, and then rescheduling, the deposition. She's a gem!

The Schnitzer Law Firm does excellent work, and after the way Jordan handled my claim, I can tell you that he goes the extra mile for his clients. I injured my back and neck in a rear end collision in November 2018. At first I didn't feel anything , but as my pain increased a few days later, I knew I had to get treatment. That's when I called Jordan. Although it was a late Friday afternoon, he was able to get me an appointment with a chiropractor that same evening, where I continued with 5 months of treatments.

As my condition improved and my treatments winded down, The Schnitzer Law Firm really stepped up with the handling of my claim. Jordan and his team are the best team in town. I contacted them after i got into an accident in April 2018 . The process was very smooth and seamless starting from intake to explanation of my case to taking it to completion. I was updated on the progress periodically and consulted on all of the options that were available. At the end Jordan was able to get the compensation i deserved, despite getting a run around from the insurance company of the guy who hit me. I was looking on google for a law firm to kelp me with some corporate structure guidance. I decided to call The Schnitzer Law Firm because of their 5 Star Status. When I called the gentleman on the phone was very professional. He asked me several questions and scheduled to have an attorney call me for a phone consultation at 2:30pm. I put the time in my calendar and adjusted my schedule acordingly. Unfortunately, 2:30 came and went with no call. At approximately 2:34pm I called them. The young lady that answered my call was very polite and looked to see who I was supposed to talk too. After a brief hold she said she was going to transfer me to an attorney for my consultation. After another brief hold she came back and informed me that the attorney advised her that they were not taking any cases like mine at this time.
This is very frustrating for several reasons. First but not least is that I was only looking for guidance on how to set up some new businesses that I am opening not representation on a case. Not only that but I scheduled time out of my busy schedule for this call that never came to fruition. A simple call back earlier to cancel my appointment would have allowed me to unblock my time and continue with my day. I have felt with several attorneys in the last 25 years and have never been blown off before.I am still pretty surprised by the way that this unfolded. With that said, I am unfortunately now leaving their first 1 Star Review.
