Marc Randazza has been extremely helpful with the legal advice he has given me over the years. He is one of the smartest people I know and is by far the best First Amendment Lawyer I have worked with.

I'm a nonfiction writer with a book coming out, "Cleantech Con Artists: A True Vegas Caper." It's a thoroughly researched fraud expose and a number of the people I'm writing about have threatened to sue me. Given the situation, Marc and Ron provided some pro bono guidance with concise, valuable advice geared toward prevention and preparation. I hope I don't need a lawyer, but if I do these will be the first lawyers I call.
As an aside: As Marc has said, he represents some extreme characters not because he necessarily believes in their views, but because he believes in their rights. I agree: During my time at Berkeley I supported the rights of a number of speakers who I did not necessarily agree with. Those are by definition the people whose views the 1st Amendment is designed to protect.

Marc Randazza has secured a few deal-breaking cases (including notorious anti-SLAPP case and defamation lawsuit) in favor of Pissed Consumer. As a cofounder of the company, I think that we couldn’t find a better First Amendment and Intellectual property counsel. Marc managed to knock down the arguments of the opposing sides in court without leaving them any chances to recover.
He may not be the person who strives to please everybody, but it’s definitely not something one should look in a lawyer. What I value in Marc Randazza the most is his dedication to the cause, his exceptional professionalism and the genuine desire to protect the client’s grounds. That’s why I am and will always remain Marc Randazza’s loyal client.
I was referred to them for legal advice in regards to an online business project. They were happy to take my 1K consult fee. First appt we show up and there is no one there to meet with us. Mr. Randazza was a no show without prior notice. They apologize and a second meeting. Second meeting happened at a rushed pace. The information was useful hence the 2 stars. We agreed to move forward. I was suppose to be contacted within a week with the paperwork. I never heard from them again. About 8 mos I had a trademark related issue and recalled they had someone in the office that may be well versed. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called and left a message with reception. She made CERTAIN to ask me if I knew about their 1k consult fee. I said I was well aware and why. I made it very clear I was disappointed that there was never any follow up the last go around. However, I was willing to let that go if they were able to help. She assured me that I would get a return call this time. Guess what? Two weeks later and I'm still waiting on the call. If they are too busy or don't take small cases they should simply state it. I honestly see no excuse for the poor commodification and complete lack of follow up.
