Kevin Mammola was everything I asked for in my representation. He was very responsive, a great communicator and made all of the steps in the case easy to follow. He provided a baseline and potential strategy at our initial meeting. He was consistent in pushing the case forwards to a very favorable resolution. I highly recommend attorney Mammola for any family law matter.

I recommend Kevin Mammola and Cordell & Cordell. He represented me in a very difficult, unique case with complex facts and fairly significant assets. He kept me informed throughout the process and was thoroughly prepared at every turn of our case. In the end, we obtained a very favorable result. I highly recommend him for any family law case.
I highly recommend Kevin Mammola of Cordell & Cordell. He was attentive, responsive and highly professional. We had several hearings in my case and he definitely knows his way around the courtroom. We had a great outcome.

I had a very good experience with this firm . It was a highly contested divorce and they did a great job defending my ex-wife's accusation. We had a couple of hearings, but settled on very favorable terms before our trial. I highly recommend them.

Rave reviews here for Kevin. A different perspective, in detail, on the Lawrenceville, GA Google reviews. Follow-up: C&C. You are not giving the reviewers much credit. I place this post and not long afterwards, a positive post appears for him on the Lawrenceville reviews site? Coincidence?

I absolutely do NOT recommend this firm. Cordell & Cordell representing fathers was a bait and switch. You don't get the attorney that does the initial interview. So much for getting a feel of who you'll be working with on the case. Mine was a simple case with limited assets, yet they charged $14k+ and took almost a year of time to have it closed out. Essentially just processing paperwork. I was left with the feeling of not being represented at all. After being passed from 2 attorneys who left the firm, I ended up with a Sr. Attorney out of Fulton County that it looks like someone gave a glowing review years ago. Couldn't disagree more. He appeared to have done little preparation for my mitigation and showed zero familiarity in dealing with Gwinnett County since he was based out of Fulton County. He allowed opposing counsel to regulate the entire proceeding. He offered little to no council during mediation and reduced himself to secretary in typing up the mitigation memo as opposing counsel dictated it to him. I got more feedback to my questions from the mediator who was supposed to be impartial. What was supposed to be a 50/50 split of assets did not end that way based on the way my attorney chose to word items in the final doc. Missteps and omitted info left me the impression that my attorney just wanted a case passed down to him to end as quickly as possible regardless of how things ended with me. Post-mediation, I did some of mine own research that confirmed my thoughts. If I had known ahead of time, I definitely would not have agreed. My attorney should have known but did not advise me. His final response to me when I accused him of allowing me to be "railroaded" through the mediation proceeding..."I didn't tell you to sign it." Well, he didn't tell me NOT to sign it either. So at least a slight admission on lack of council on his part.

stay away stay away. The legal experience of the actual lawyer you get will be lacking in my opinion, and based on the experience I had they intentionally drag out your case in the hopes of billing more and more for admin charges. I ended up getting a second attorney who resolved my case in a few weeks (and doing what the cordell intake attorney said they would do in the first place) after cordell spent months on the case. Oh and also, they offer no new insight what so ever on protecting your parental rights, that is just fear mongering. My cordell attorney actually said "you need to accept that fact that you will lose your children" thank God for my new attorney!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The first attorney assigned to my case was fired by the firm 2 days prior to a critical mediation meeting to which I was flying into town for. Had I not been overly tenacious, I never would have known until who knows when...I was assigned a new attorney who was actually fine. That being said, they gave me a 30 minute credit to bring the new attorney on the case up to speed...it actually cost me a couple thousand extra dollars just to redo what had already been done. Absolutely the worst customer service of any firm I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE! I ended up negotiating my settlement as the only thing Cordell did in the very best case, was to be very reactive. Very disappointed. VERY.
