I agree with all of the other reviews about their professionalism, attention to detail, cost effectiveness, and following through with set expectations. However, I believe their ethics and knowldge about the real estate industry is what truly differentiates. I don't know any other closing attorneys have also been brokers and agents before they became attorneys. Plainly said, they know more about all things real estate than most and that is why they are able to execute at such a high level. Everyone in my extended family has used them and we trust them like family.

Doug Ohlson and his staff are thorough and quick at getting the Title request back to me at BankSouth Mortgage. The firms settlement fee is $385 which is a bargain in today's marketplace. I send him everything I can and he always come through for me and my clients.

Easy parking

My Ice Caramel Macchiato was like watered milk with a drip of caramel and splash of coffee. I didn't have time to get money back or exchange. A waste of money. I ordered before others and they got their order before me. Fries were good.
