There is a company or two in town that have a shared business relationship with this law firm and therefore urge their clients to use them for closings. I find this firm to be unaccommodating, extremely expensive and cause my clients to have to be put through the ringer on several things that other large law firms don’t require. These things cost my clients extra money and make the process a much greater hassle than is necessary. It is my opinion that you should steer clear of using this law firm for anything to do with real estate. More bluntly, I find them to be utterly ridiculous.

Horrible experience, worst closing I ever had. They don't know what they are doing, multiples peoples on the same file, nobody takes responsibility. I asked for the proceeds to be mailed to me, called to double checks the address and time, called again for tracking..they send it to the wrong person and the wrong address! I will never close with this office again.
