From the first phone call through the whole process, I felt like I was protected every step of the way. Going to court is not pleasant especially having to go to court with many emotional factors involved with my children. I cannot speak higher of all of the strong, compassionate women that represent this law firm. I am forever in debted to the love and care they put into my case making me feel confident and sure in such an unsure time. Thank you to all of you for being so amazing!

When your childrens attorney cost more than your own there's a problem. They charged me for a court date we never had and charge you for every little thing that is very suspect. Clearly have their own interest first not your child. $500 an hour. Over 5k and never went in front of a judge.

Our case was initially assigned to Tisha Harman who was subsequently replaced by Tracy Jackson Willis. It has been over 3 years since our son turned 18 and she was discharged from our case. Ms. Willis was looking solely after my ex-wife's interests rather than our son's. Thankfully, Judge Silberman was not drinking the Kool-aid that this office was drinking. I don't know where to start by saying that Ms. Jackson put the "I" in "incompetence". My ex-wife's now ex-husband was a cocaine sniffing angry little short man who like hitting people (including my ex-wife). Despite this, Ms. Jackson was going to vocalize my son's preference to go live with my ex-wife and this man in Arizona. "No, Ms. Jackson, that is not an option." the Judge said. Then was the Ex Parte application for Christmas supported by Ms. Jackson. The judge said to Ms. Jackson, "Christmas is on the same day every year. Why is the Christmas holiday now an emergency?" Ms . Jackson stares blankly looking for something meaningful to say to justify her $1,000 appearance at the hearing. It soon became very apparent that she likely felt sorry for my ex-wife as she did not have an attorney and was making decisions/recommendations based on favorable outcomes for my ex-wife then for my son's best interest.

As for billing, yes, they do charge to talk to you about your bill. Yes, in the absence of an order, they charge interest on unpaid balances in the absence of a contract to indicating same (appointed by the Court). The only justice in the whole joint appointment was that my ex-wife stiffed the firm for their fees. I just paid $20 a month until they called me and offered me a deal to close out the case. After I paid off the balance, they sent me another bill for $15 for talking on the phone to make my payment. They churn a lot of butter here (if you know what I mean).

In closing, proceed with caution. Review your bill. Call the Fee arbitration program if you are violated and don’t hesitate to jump ship if your experience is similar to mine.

There really is no way I can properly express how impressed and blessed I've been to have the Center and Sheryl help with my divorce case.
I chose to go with mediation and have Sheryl consult me on the process and details. The mediator we chose has been a major disappointment by omitting key information, presenting biased opinions and providing less than competent guidance to me during the mediation process.

Sheryl, on the other hand, has stepped in to provide candid, professional and well-thought out advice regarding my case. It's been an absolute blessing to be able to go to her with questions on my divorce.

I could not recommend the entire firm highly enough. Even their administrative support has been beyond exemplary. For anyone looking at going through a divorce, I would happily recommend the Center for Children and Family Law. I will even make myself available via private message if you're looking for more info than I've posted here--that's how much I believe in, and was amazed by, the work of this firm.

Megan Segura has been my attorney since February 2017. I got served for visitation from my sons father. My boyfriend and I visited many attorneys until we met with Megan. We loved that even at a few months pregnant she was still on point with all the information. We asked her questions and if she didn't know the answer she had her computer ready to get the answer. We did paperwork for a change of venue from OC to LA and were just waiting on paperwork to set the date. When Megan was going to go on maternity leave she had us meet with Tracy Willis just in case we had to go to court while she was on leave. Tracy was very efficient with everything we asked. When Megan came back we had court and she wasn't able to make it so Tracy came in her place and what I loved the most is that they honored Megan's prices since she charges less then Tracy. Everyone in that office has been amazing: Megan, Tracy, and Jessica.

This office makes no representation for your children. They charge you every penny and dime from answering emails and faxing and even after they were requested to stop the service. Sheryl was minor's counsel for my children but definitely was siding with Causian father who walked out on me as an Asian mother of twin boys since babies. Father came back after twin boys were three demanding full custody and visitation. The exchange with estranged Father and long distance drive (4 hours back and forth each weekend) was terrifying for my twins at first that one of the twins developed constipation issues and they cried in their sleep not wanting to be with him or leaving me. They suffer so much from separation anxiety since the exchange but minor's counsel didn't even care. Not to mention that Father threatened to kids that he will shut their mommy down and brain washing them by scheming dirty tactics and using Child Protective Services to report false allegations on me - 1st case for child sexual molestation, 2nd time for child sexual molestation, 3rd time for child neglect, and 4th time for child sexual molestation and of course all 4 cases were closed unfounded. All that was damaging for my children's mental health as they have gone through so many different interviews with social workers, forensic sexual therapist, and sexual offender detective during all the investigations. They could never want to say 'I love you' to Father, called him mean, and often came home telling me to kill daddy and that daddy made them say so many things that they didn't see me doing. However, either minor's counsel was careless or just failed to see the impact. With all that madness and court date after court date, I ended up losing my job and their office used the opportunity to add on extra interest accrued on the bill! On top of that, she supported Father to violate visitation order to bring the children to her office on a school day so that her office could bill me. I feel so helpless and unfair and that this case was so full of bias and discrimination. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this office!

I am a past and present client of Loni Klein and the Center for Children and Family Law.
Loni Klein handled an extremely complex, difficult case for me regarding the best interests of my children which ended in a 10 day trial. I could have not asked for a more prepared, aggressive and passionate attorney. The emotional and mental stress of this case was only alleviated by the knowledge that I was in the best hands. We won the trial, and now Ms. Klein is handling another matter for me before the court. I would highly recommend Loni Klein and the team at a Center for Children and Family Law. Choosing to have this firm represent me has made the greatest difference in my life, and in my future with my children.

Sahar's experience has been extremely helpful in dealing with process of divorce. Help with "what the courts decide", what the law is, what is fair. She gives great counsel. She is accessible and very responsive. She has been invaluable in the process.

Tracy Willis Jackson and the entire staff at CFCF were great!

They were warm and welcoming, with follow through on every aspect of my case.

My son and I also loved the M&M's in the reception room. :)

The women that run this law office are some of the most helpful, kind, and caring people I have ever encountered. Our lawyer, Tracy Jackson, is a strong, compassionate person that cares deeply about the children involved in custody cases. The front office staff has always be courteous and helpful. Having them on our side in court has been a very reassuring experience and worth every penny.

This Law office is a joke. They claim to want to help people but all they really want is your money. I would advise everyone who is looking into using them to look for a different law office. If you are already dealing with them then don't pay them another dime until you get results and answers.
