He was mis-leading. He promised a lot yet did not deliver on any of those promises. On several occasions, he yelled at me over the phone (I taped every phone call with him and still have the tapes) In the end, I was left feeling completely emotionally, physically and spiritually exhausted. I don't wish him any ill will but sure hope he can and is doing better for others.

The worst lawyer in history. After taking your money. He will tell you that he knows all the judges and when at court, nobody even knows him .He will work against you in your own case and help out the DA to make sure you pay the maximum time for whatever your been acussed of. Worst lawyer in history. Biggest regret in life ,the day we found him online to represent a family member. A public defender would've done 100 times a better job then this clown. If you ever need a lawyer please do yourself a big favor and find a real lawyer that's actually gonna help you and not just steal your money.

Phenomenal attorney; I’ve referred numerous friends, all of which received minimal sentences and were truly grateful for his services.

There are hundreds of DUI lawyers out there, and I’m sure there’s are a few that know how to win, but I don’t think all attorneys have the legal experience and relentless compassion, followed up by the genuine care that Attorney Tom Tears has proven to me as a client. I admittedly know that it is difficult to suffer from the disease of alcoholism, and as embarrassing as it is to admit that I have been a repeat DUI offender, Tom never once has given me the impression that he is judging or labeling me as a “lost cause”. Instead I feel like he genuinely cares for both my wellbeing and that of the public which I’ve endangered. I’m a veteran facing my third DUI in ten years and all of my conversations with Mr. Tears both in person and over the phone are always about ME and about my treatment options. Tom has always gives me honest advice that will benefit me and my case without beating around the bush. His wisdom has helped me understand where I am in my struggle with the legal implications my addiction has cost me and my family over the years that I’ve known him. Mr. Tears and I have had a professional relationship for four years now and he has handled all of my cases with 100% satisfaction. I have recommended Mr. Tears to others that I’ve met on this long journey to recovery because I know that he will always do what is best for his clients and although winning a case is a great experience, nothing can compare to the priceless advice Tom gives you as a human being. Mr. Tears has always treated my cases with utmost importance. He is devoted to my case and I feel like I mattered to him. I always pictured lawyers as mostly being cold, removed and concerned with only the facts and money. Tom proved me wrong. He is not only a smart and excellent lawyer but also an amazing person. No matter the legal issue if I or any of my family and friends needs legal advice Tom Tears will always be our first phone call.
