Hope Rosen has repeatedly and willfully violated these rules on professional conduct and professional ethics. She is unfit to be an Officer of The Court.

This in return prolongs the inevitable and racks up the legal fees to the detriment of all parties. Inevitably after losing a few motions she cracks under pressure and settles for less than deserved.
