I was hesitant and embarrassed about filing, but after the initial consultation with him, I immediately felt the weight lift from my shoulders. I am still in the process of going through my bankruptcy (we are filing this week) but so far he has been fantastic. Filing for bankruptcy (due to excessive medical bills) was for frustrating and very embarrassing for me so just going into his office was hard for me. The woman at the front desk - not sure if she's a receptionist or if she does other jobs as well - was very nice, asking us (me and my husband) if we needed/wanted anything. Then we met Mr.Bolger. He is very nice nice and straight to the point. He sees a million bankruptcies a week so he makes you feel very comfortable and all my embarrassment went out the window. He explains the whole process in a very understandable way and helps you out step by step. He also returns emails either the same day or the next, which I think is amazing for a lawyer! I think his price is VERY reasonable and you can pay him all at once, or pay what you can when you can - he's incredible flexible. He also hooked us up with the Finance Director at a Honda dealership who got us a 2013 Honda Pilot pretty suped up, even with our TERRIBLE credit. We financed $34K with a well known bank at 9.5% which may seem high for most, but not somebody about to file for bankruptcy! Also he is probably going to be running for office in his district (somewhere in McLean i think) and said I could help him on his campaign (I'm a SAHM). So I also know he has A LOT of connections. Excellent experience! Would recommend to anybody. I think he also does Titling or some other real estate type stuff but I'm not sure.
