My spouse attempted to use this service to assist with her legal name and gender change for her US Passport. This service did not have her fill out the correct paperwork that the State Department clearly required, a DS-11, despite claiming they had done this process before. Additionally, the female clerk consistently misgendered my wife despite the court order! When my wife gently corrected the clerk regarding proper pronouns for a transgender woman, the clerk had no idea what my wife was talking about despite having just worked with the legal gender and name change documents! Do not use this incompetent, rude service.
