Tom was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and I was very pleased with his skills and services. Meeting Tom and hearing what he had to say about the facts of my case were well worth 75 bucks. My situation involved a car dealership and corporation practices with which I had no familiarity or understanding. He answered my questions when I had them and readily adopted my goals for affecting a positive outcome in my case. His knowledge of how these kinds of issues are resolved helped put my mind at ease while going through a very difficult time. At the arbitration table, his arguments on my behalf were impassioned, but fair, and I don't recall many occasions in my life when I felt both under attack and effectively supported at the same time. When the opposition was lingering in the parking lot after arbitration, and I didn't really feel like going out there, Tom invited me to lunch. I don't know many lawyers, but to me that seems pretty above-and-beyond.

At our initial apppintment that lasted 5 mins. We tried to explain our case and the whole time he sat in his chair, half awake and yawning. Horrible person, I would definitely look somewhere else!

Shameless self-promotion characterizes Mr. Breeden's practice, one that has been cited more than once by the Commonwealth Bar Association. Facts speak louder than phony five star ratings. His court presentation of my case was to be re-filed by order of the judge. I don't know the technical reasons but he never complied so I lost money for his incompetence and lost money for his "services." Don't trust this man. Complaints to the Bar Association are the best recourse for any client harmed by his incompetence.

Tom and his firm will charge you $75 just to have an initial consultation. They will have you schedule an appointment and send over all the evidence you have collected, along with a summary of your situation. When you call in at said appointment time they will put you on hold for about 20-30 min before Tom will get on the line and ask you to explain your situation (having not read any of the documents provided in advance). The conversation that you paid $75 for will last less than 5 min before Tom will tell you that he is going to have to review your documents further (no kidding?) and get back to you. After a few days he will send you a letter with his laughable contractual agreements. I would highly recommend looking into other options. Good luck!

Mr. Breeden is a competent, knowledgeable and a very respected attorney. He has been excellent in assisting us in our cases. I have him as my registered attorney for my dealership. You will not find anyone better in Virginia.

I don't understand the negative reviews posted here. I personally had an awesome experience with Mr. Breeden.

He took the time to listen to me, took a chance on the case, ran with it for over year and WON! He did most of the heavy lifting, although the deposition was grueling. I'm very grateful we crossed paths, and if your case is right, he can help you.

Don't listen to the haters, they probably lost their case and feel hurt. Some of them look fake to a critical mind also. Just saying.

The woman I just spoke with (about a bank account I DID NOT OPEN but am now responsible for repaying), was one of the absolute rudest people I've ever spoken with!
This type of person isn't worthy of my time or efforts!

Mr. Braden‘s has a temper problem he will never let you explain your situation at the end he says ....Good luck if I had a luck I will never pay $75 for a consultation

No Stars for this guy...the system makes you to pick one . From the first time we met I know it was not going to be the lawyer I was looking for. We sat dawn with him for lees than 10 minutes and he had a dog there the whole time, not professional at all.

Asked us to provide all necessary documentation and a few weeks after he sent us an agreement asking us to paid him 2.5K as a retainer fee and offers no guaranties of success . When emailed back with our concerns/questions his response has no answers to us and basically ignored our concerns... don't waste your time and keep looking.

If I could choose no stars I would. Mr. Breenden is not looking out for your best interest. I paid $75.00 for 10 minute consultation to see mr Breeden
yawning. I would strongly not recommend him as your attorney. Look and research elsewhere.

Mr. Breeden provided great legal feedback, insight, and validation concerning a consumer issue that included a collection of debt. I would recommend Mr. Breeden to anyone dealing with debt or consumer issues. He helped me process some very difficult decisions so that I may move forward in a productive and dignified manner.

I went to get a simple will and he was very helpful. He took time to describe the pros and cons of each option and he answered all my questions. I liked that he did not waste my time and he was prompt in getting the final product ready.
