If you want one of the absolute top firms in the state for Criminal or Family Law, this is it. I have recently had the misfortune to need both. Both Mark Williams and Alyssa Phillips are a dream come true, supporting me when my back was against a wall. Not only did they carry me through this with professionalism, superior knowledge and ability in their field; they also helped with guidance as well. These are stressful circumstances at best and they helped me get through it in more ways that one.

Alyssa’s dedication to the health and wellbeing of my child stopped my search for an attorney. I knew I had the right one then and there at the time of initial consult. We were working with an attorney who had a sudden conflict with our court date and left us in the lurch 48 hours before our court appearance. I called the office of Mark Williams in a panic, desperate to find an attorney who would take our case with such short notice. Mr. Williams’ assistant was extremely patient and professional as I explained our situation, she contacted him and he called me back within minutes. He not only took our case two days before our court date, but he completely resolved it the next day and the outcome was far beyond what we had hoped for. No one had to appear in court, and it was over and settled in less than 24 hours of contacting his office. He could have price-gouged us due to the last minute scenario but he didn’t. I had an amazing experience. I, like most people I think, am not comfortable speaking in court so I decided I needed a lawyer. I worked with Lauren and Mr Ashwell.

As for Mr Ashwell, at first I was nervous because he seemed a little.. too confident. But when he showed up to court he knocked it out of the park! Nobody likes calling a Lawyer, however when you have to it is a Blessing, to have his firm represent you. Mark and his wife Gloria, greeted us for our first appointment with their firm.
Made my daughter and myself feel at ez and confident we turned to the right law firm.
Scott Hook took it from there, guided us through all the steps of what to except in the days and weeks ahead. His expert Knowledge of the law, certainly shine though when we needed it the most.
I can't say enough great things for the whole staff with their law firm as well.

Joseph R. Pricone is a great person. He got me 1 day of jail time, as I was suppose to do 5 +. He got the other side to understand my circumstances. My experience with him was second to none. My lawyer was unprepared and overpriced. I made my decision to hire this firm based off of these reviews. I was sorely mistaken as I practically did all the work to build my case because my lawyer didn't seemed that concerned. In court he was looking up the law on his cell phone and came to court with a loose stack of papers. The judge made his verdict based off of his personal opinion, not the facts. I have lost total faith in the legal system.

I was really stressed out about my case, thought I was going to get the worse scenario. I was going 92 in a 70 and got a reckless ticket. I contacted Mark Williams, he was affordable and very reassuring. He took care of everything, I worried for nothing. I was looking at possible jail time and a suspension of my license. When I met him a half an hour before court, he assured me he had good news. He met with the prosecutor and I had gotten a $132 fine, but no jail time and no suspension of my license. I cried because I was so grateful and relieved. It felt like the whole world was lifted off my shoulders. I couldn't thank Mark Williams enough. I recommend him to everyone. Truly amazing.

Most of my life I've had struggles with the criminal justice system. Granted I wasn't an angel.
