In October of 2018, I was rear ended at high impact on route 29 while on my way to work. The impact totaled my Civic. It took me several days to process the occurrence as it was my first major car accident. After that, I contacted several lawyers in the area to discuss the accident. My first indication of the quality of Dulaney, Lauer & Thomas was when another lawyer - who himself said I had an open and shut, straightforward case - recommended Andrew Thomas. He stated that Mr. Thomas was the best personal injury lawyer in the area and that he had tremendous experience that would serve me well.

I contacted Mr. Thomas and spoke with receptionist Katrina, who booked my first appointment quickly and then thoroughly explained the documentation I needed to have with me, allowing me to be prepared. Mr. Thomas came in, thoroughly reviewed my case with me, then laid out how he thought it would likely go. I felt comfortable with him and trusted his judgements (after researching everything he said, of course - I also spoke with a lawyer friend of mine and a former paralegal, to ensure everything Mr. Thomas said was correct and above board).

Within 1 year, my case has been resolved in a very satisfactory manner. Mr. Thomas personally reached out to me several times during that year to keep me apprised of what was happening. There were no issues I encountered, and not once did I feel that I was not being well represented. I did have several questions during that time and communicated via email; every question was answered promptly by Andrew or Misty, Mr. Thomas's paralegal. When I stopped by to sign paperwork, I was impressed with the professional office and staff etiquette (I confess during my initial visit I was in a lot of pain, and didn't really notice the office itself).
