My husband, his mother and I met with Ms. Washington for a will package for my mother-in-law who is 82. At my mother-in-law's request I was the one who provided the initial communication with the office and provided the preliminary information as to heirs, executor, power of attorney, etc. Drafts were sent to us for review before our appointment for the signing. At the appointment for the signing Ms. Washington was caring, professional and compassionate. She went over all of the documents to make sure my mother-in-law understood each one. What impressed me the most was that before going over the actual documents, Ms. Washington asked my mother-in-law directly who her heirs were, who she wanted as executor, etc. She did this in such a way that we knew she was taking the extra step to ensure that what I had given her were in fact my mother-in-law's wishes and that she was the one who had made these decisions. We appreciated this and recognized it as protecting her client. Ms. Washington and her staff provided us with exactly the services we needed. Her office not only provided us with knowledge and professionalism but kindness and compassion as well.
