I felt that Yasmine used bullying, intimidation and other non-skilled behavior on behalf of her client during a mediation session with myself and my lawyer. People say "you want a lawyer like that". No you don't. I recommend a lawyer who utilizes their skills to obtain a proper settlement. Yasmine was unwilling on behalf of her client to accept a very fair initial counter-offer. In the end, Yasmine's client was out a significant amount of money and I ended up with more than what I had asked for in that initial counter –offer. One day her intimidation and bullying may lead someone to self harm. I called her office to schedule an appointment to talk with her re: the tactics she used and how those tactics can be harmful. Her assistant told me I would have to pay for this type of consultation. There are many great lawyers in town, in fact many right across the parking lot from Yasmine.
