Mr. Derrick Breska, and his supervisor Mr. Dominic Kotab helped us through the prosecution of the parent for a software implemented invention which after Alice, and for a foreign inventor with a first invention will tell it all. For any funded startup without an established name and trying to prosecute software implemented patents, I am fairly sure Zilka-Kotab with Derrick Breska will be your best bet in the whole nation. Their patent approval rate in the two units our tech fell has been the 2nd and 3rd highest among all patent law firms in the year previous to when we engaged in 2017 with no less than 91% and 89% approvals which should tell it all.
