They drive to Sacramento for you and get the apostille done the next day and it only cost me $59 total which included the state fee of $26. I got a call when the apostille was complete and I had to go in person to pick it up. Good customer service experience throughout.

The best experience I've ever had. Needing 2 documents for Apostille for use in Japan, I reached out to them in a rush. Staff was very polite and explained to me in detail how the process works, also gave me the option to drive down to Sacramento in case I needed to get it done the same day myself. I chose to go with them because the price was very effective, only $59, and I also didn't need to take time off work. I received my documents the next day afternoon. I gave them my document, first they had to do the notary. It took them 1 day to get me the Apostille, and it cost $59. Notary was $5. I had to give them my phone number and email to contact me when the Apostille was done so I could go and pick up the document. Everything went smoothly.

As easy as it an get for Apostille service ever, notarize and leave the documents with them for Apostille and they call you the next day and the Apostille is complete for pick up. I paid $59 for the Apostille and $5 for the notary. Overall, a very positive experience for me, and without hesitation I would visit them again for notary and apostille services.

I had to get my daughter's birth certificate apostilled for OCI purposes, they got it done within 1-day and the price also was very reasonable. My service agent was Raj and he was very helpful and friendly.

I had a whole bunch of paperwork to be legalized, translated, and notarized for my wedding abroad. I was able to find this place that was able to assist with all my paperwork. Everything went fine in my home country so I am very very thankful to them. Raj was the person I worked with closely throughout my application process. He was very patient, easy, and fun to work with.

I normally never go out of my way to write bad reviews for businesses but I felt this was needed so people don't have to deal with what I've had to deal with using this business.

I emailed them about having my birth certificate sent to them so they could apostille stamp it, and send it to me overseas in Spain because I need an apostille stamp in order to continue legal work here. They told me the process, and I told them I needed it urgently. They said no problem. So I paid $30 to vital check and had my birth certificate in California sent to their office. They emailed me saying they received my birth certificate, and so I paid them $150. After a couple weeks of not hearing any update on the tracking, I gave them a call. I called them for a week without getting an answer. They finally emailed me saying that they sent it out on November 17th and it should take 2 weeks. After 4 weeks go by, I tell them I still haven't received it but they assure me it was sent. After 5 weeks I decide to open a case against them on PayPal because I start to have a feeling they never actually sent it.

When I opened my case, they provided PayPal with a fake tracking number, and I ended up winning the case and only getting my money back that way. Not only did I waste my time using this company, they are completely dishonest. The rest of my paperwork I've done here in Spain, and the money I've spent going to Madrid was completely wasted because paperwork is only valid for 90 days. Now I have to find another company to pay $150-200 to stamp my birth certificate, pay $30 for another certificate, and hundreds of dollars to get to Madrid and stay the weekend in order to re-do my paper work.

This is an absolute nightmare, and I would definitely NOT use this business! Please save yourself the time and go elsewhere!!

This place is a huge rip off and a pain to deal with. I showed up for an apostille and was told verbatim that it's "$5 for our fee and $150 gov fee". I was very surprised it would cost that much and the employee told me that it was indeed the government price to be paid. I learned later after paying it, that it only costs about $25 if you do it yourself. So this is a big lie. 2nd problem is that they never pick up phone or call you back. I called literally 40 times and left 3 VMs. They don't care. Eventually they replied to my email with 4 words. Do yourself a favor and send doc to apostille yourself!

We had several documents for notary and Apostille. The staff helped us thoroughly with all the documents, and the apostille was done the very next day. I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism.

The closest office for California apostille is done Sacramento not here. The state office in San Francisco closed years ago. They publish low cost apostille, its not that low. You can make them drive to Sacramento, but they won't!!! Also do you trust them to drive your documents to Sacramento? I asked them why are other services in Sacramento can do it in 1 day but they can't. Just prove it's done in Sacramento and not Sunnyvale!!!!!!!!

Staff lied in order to charge twice as much. Once I discovered the scam, they refused to refund my money, and were completely unapologetic.

Went there to get ONE "apostille" document to use it in two countries. The stuff there insisted that I couldn't do that, that it was my obligation to get two because each document was made for one specific country and could not be used in another.
When I went to pick them up I realized that the two documents were exactly the same, the staff that was there at that time told that indeed I only needed one for any country. I explained that they themselves insisted me that I had to get and pay for two of them.
So I ask for a refund for one of them, they refused, and change back their story saying that I needed two, I checked online and the real answer is that I don't need two, one is enough
Still, they will not return my money saying that it was my mistake to get two documents, these people have no shame!! Completely dishonest!!
