Just finished my chapter 13, it was a long process but well planned. The Law offices of W. Kirk Moore help to go smooth the process, very professional, very good advice and very responsive for any questions or issues.

Kirk is an outstanding attorney who provides personal attention, and dealt with me directly. Kirk and the rest of his team are patient, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Their thoroughness helped make the process of filling my case very easy. My case had IRS and FTB related issues, which required a great deal of waiting, so patience was a must. Kirk was flexible, patient, knowledgeable, upfront, and provided his services at a more than reasonable rate. In particular, I was given minimal charges until the paperwork was ready for filling. They were also patient and professional with maintaining the documents, making free copies, follow-ups, and handling payments. They were upfront very simple and clear. There were no hidden and surprise costs as well. When issues came up that required updates or revision to the case, Kirk made himself available. His team schedules a time and I get a call back if needed, always as promised. W. Krik Moore is excellent Attorney. I went to meet him two times and he is really great. When I meet him for consultation first time he answer all my question and he told me that my case don't need to file Bankruptcy. I follow his advise and after more then one year when one of the bank try to collect the money for settle account he write the letter on behalf of me and it take care of my problem ( I received the letter from bank about there mistake and remove collection). He follow is word which is really good part.
