We are currently working with Even Groff regarding a Child Temporary Guardianship. This is a very emotional situation and Even is very understanding and emotionally aware of what we are going through. He is incredibly supportive. He is easy to reach and he actually spends his time, day or night, talking and listening. I have never felt rushed or like I was overreacting in any way. No Matter what went on with my case Evans was there for me from day one and still has an open door approach. He was always responding pretty fast when ever I had questions, concerns, and made me feel heard. Court all in itself is stressful. I would highly suggest Evan Groff to help with your case. Horrendous experience! I hired him two months ago and nothing has been done. It took him 3 weeks to get any paperwork to me, with the excuse that other people's cases were more important than mine. He finally got the paperwork to me, which I filled out and returned the same day, but he made multiple errors and charged me to fix them. He spelled my name wrong, which he replied "oh it was an error on our end, you spelled your name right," really? He said he kept trying to file my paperwork, but there was a problem with the e-filing system. After 7 weeks of nothing being done I finally fired him. As soon as I fired him, he miraculously figured out how to file correctly. I think just to get my money. I really needed him and I am angry and disappointed. It cost me $1500 for him to get absolutely NOTHING done. The charges he gave me were ludicrous, one was 45 minutes for my text asking when I would be getting my paperwork. There were even charges for his doing work for my case after I had fired him. If you want a divorce handled properly, find a different lawyer.

I have been working with evan for about a couple is months and he had been very helpful and professional. He had spent countless hours with me preparing paperwork for my case. He always answers the phone after hours to me and is very understanding. I would recommend him to anyone.

Friendly guy who will talk with you and explain things as many times as you need. He makes you feel comfortable with the plan you both create. Has a bit of trouble doing things on time but I hear it's been a busy week. I would certainly recommend this lawyer to anyone going through a child custody case!
