Excellent, awesome, outstanding & simply superb. She managed my case very well. Her fee is worth every penny & I strongly recommend her. I am on H1b Visa and I got a DUI. I did visited 2 other attorneys before her, but no one gave me confidence and moral support that she gave. So if it was not her I would have ended up with weekend work + High Fine + DUI school for more than 3 months. But because of Stephanie I only have to pay little fine + 3 month DUI school and only 2 yrs probation. THE BEST DECISION IN MY LIFE was to hire Stephanie Rickard as my lawyer. Me being a 29 year mother of a 7 years old amazing son who just recently back home the thought of being taken into custody just was not a option not to me and when in the court room not to Stephanie . This lawyer is not just a lawyer she's family to me and that's what I felt in the c10ourtroom when she was by my side 2 times that I was or should have been remanded and sitting in there for 6 months. All the judge had and the da was MAJOR RESPECT for Stephanie and what I was just amazed by was her ability to DEFEND AND PROTECT me as her client. I met Stephanie during the most stressful and traumatic event of my life. I was facing prison time and charges which would have ruined my professional career and taken me away from my son. I recently ran into some trouble with the California Business and Professions Code, and I suddenly found myself charged with a violation in the felony category. In addition there was the possibility of a one-year jail sentence. A few friends had their favorite general or business attorneys to recommend, but I am glad that I judged that I needed a good criminal defense attorney.

I checked out lots of attorney reviews on line. Stephanie Rickard had excellent reviews. I was able to get a timely appointment. Upon meeting with her my wife and I were impressed that she had the right combination of experience, I think she said it was 20 or 25 years, verbal ability, professional appearance, and affordable fees.

She promised to get, and succeeded in getting, the case resolved for a reasonable fixed fee with the caution that a jury trial would entail additional fees, but she doubted it would need to need to go to trial. And she was right.

During all the time we were waiting for the final outcome my wife and I were quite comfortable that I had a good lawyer working for me.

So now I am pleased that I have no felony on my record, just 2 counts of a misdemeanor and 200 hours of community service to do.
