Up until recently I would have given Traffic Ticket Defenders 5 stars. At this point, the communication is horrible. Once hired you can not get a return call to check on the status of your case.

Can't reach anyone. No one answers the phone, messages aren't returned. I took my business elsewhere.

I hate tickets but I love Allison

Got a reckless driving ticket many years ago and they took care of it by substantially reducing the fine and points. Recently got a ticket in Laughlin and they're taking care of it too, when other places I contacted wouldn't because of the location.

Allison was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions!

This firm is tied to Memories You Can Hold which was in business at the Galleria Mall. I was charged through the this office and never received the gift I bought for my wife. Memories is now permanently closed and we are out $130. If I could give 0 or less stars I would.

Very rude on phone

Thomas Shaddix, one of the most professional attorneys I have ever worked with. Answered his phone every time I called. Very impresses that everyone that seemed to work at the court house knew Thomas. He got me results. Won’t use any other law practice but Tom’s.

One phone call and they handled everything for me. Ticket resolved.

Ok. So, I gave 5 stars because thru the years we've used Ticket Defenders and never had a problem. This last time though, we had issues with communication and getting this taken care of in a timely manner. The ticket went to warrant. Which, admittedly was part my fault, I mixed up the date and realized too late. They did get things on calendar and quashed the warrant, but the process was slow. The communication was promised then no one followed thru. I called several times to get things taken care of, to be told I'd receive a letter, or a call back, which never happened.
When we did finally get it taken care of, or so I thought, we received a call fron the court telling us we are to make a payment by the next day. I already paid what I was supposed to, a month ago. I couldn't get thru to TD, so I called the court and was told they were waiving the fee and the case will be closed the same day. I still haven't heard back from TD.
I don't know what's going on down there, but I hope they get it straightened out.
We've been satisfied for the last 10 years of service. We'll use TD again, but hopefully we'll get the service we once had, otherwise, we will go somewhere else.

I worked directly with Tom and Alison, and I couldn't be happier. They took care of a couple unpleasant blemishes on my record, but I was most impressed with their communication. They always returned all of my calls and emails quickly and with true sincerity. I really felt like I had friends fighting for me. Highest recommendation.
