My 3 court dates I had nobody to support me and he was support answered all my questions made sure i knew everything and understood it. It was hard to get a hold of him but when I saw him at court I got all my questions answered.

I had a consultation with another local law firm in town before coming to see Mr Frizzell. The previous lawyer was young and did not really tell me what her thoughts were re: the case or what she thought she might be able to do. I have hired a few lawyers before, including family lawyers, and all of them will tell you what the possible outcomes might be, or what options there might be to get a better outcome. If she wasn't able to "sell" herself to me in the consultation, how persuasive would she be in court? So I came to see Ken Frizzell and I was immediately put at ease. He was calm, confident, and most importantly, experienced. He made no promises but he told me that there might be options to get the charges reduced or even completely dropped. He appeared for me in court even though I was late because I was confused about which courtroom to go to! And yes, he was able to go for a plea bargain type of situation which allowed me to take a class to avoid charges. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Kenneth Frizzell.

I would not recommend this office for anything. Anna the receptionist is so RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS its ridiculous. She hung up on me 4 times while I was trying to get information from her.

The attorney seems OK but I don't understand why his office staff is so RUDE. Perhaps she needs to find a different job because she CLEARLY doesn't belong in this profession!!!

When you call an attorneys office looking for assistance and the receptionist is rude and not helpful it makes a difficult situation even worse. He is appointed by the courts as a public defender. People are scared confused and looking for help. When they call and get this type of response from his front office staff it makes things worse.

They won't take jail calls so the person he is supposed to be defending can't get the help they need. Its really UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I AM SO UPSET, APPAULED, AND INSULTED. There are just really no words to express my disappointment in Anna's behavior. Its a very unfortunate experience.

I hope that your loved ones don't get this guy appointed to their defense because there is certainly no help given by his office. I would recommend requesting a different public defender or represent yourself cause you will get nothing from this office. Well, except rude behavior.

I have had to use his services for multiple reasons. I would not go anywhere else. Ken has a soft heart and able to answer any of my questions regarding my legal issues. He missed four of my court dates and I still had to pay and he only came once so I really looked bad and still had to do jail time and when I had court when I got out of jail he still didn't show up to my court date worst attorney in the world

So I am currently dealing with these scammers , they do charge way more then any other place to fix a ticket but I did it anyway because I was desperate I also had a warrant for something criminal they took my money and now are saying they are only going to squash the warrant that I will have to come plea myself which was not the deal i have been asking his so called assistant (anna) to get me in contact with the actual lawyer I have not spoke with him yet ,my court date is tomorrow and I live out of state do not give these clowns your money I should have looked at the reviews before I made the mistake

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A LIFE TIME !!! When I over paid and no one showed up to court for me I was stuck looking bad to the Judge. Kenneth Frizzel and associate would not return my retainer and I was threaten physically by one of their employees. I can't make this up. On top of All of that I mr. Frizzell contacted the Judge after I fired them and told the Judge I was guilty. Luckily I hired John Momot and the Judge recused himself from the case due to Frizzells misconduct and then my charges were dropped. Ken Frizzell is the worst. Don't give them any $$$$ money.

If only I could rate -∞ stars. This entire outfit is a rip-off. These people do not care about their clients (just their money) or anything that happens to them because of their ineptitude and/or misrepresentation. Got a ticket? You can count on paying way more than the cost of the initial citation. Got arrested and charged with a criminal offense? They will almost guarantee you to end up with the maximum penalty under Nevada law. It gives me great pleasure to say that he now has a number of complaints about him filed with the State Bar of Nevada (including mine), and the more they are made aware of what kind of business this is, the better chance justice will prevail in favor of the countless people he has swindled into paying him.

Addendum: If you have a hunch that most of these positive reviews are either completely fake or trumped-up, you are correct. Just type in the names of Bethany Criscuolo, Jonathan Augusta, and Milena McAllister (the latter two also posted reviews on Yelp) on Facebook and you will see that they are friends with Mr. Frizzell's family members and they all went to the same school. It is extremely pitiful that he has to get people he knows (that are almost half his age, no less) to go around different review sites and fluff out his scores because all the poor feedback from the numerous people he has lied to is deterring others from obtaining his services. Frankly, that really says a lot about his level of professionalism.

Ken Frizzell is hands down the best attorney around. Not only does he go way out of the way to make sure you come out on top, but he does it with amazing customer service and great prices. He handled my speeding ticket for me leaving me with no points, and no traffic school and I didnt have to break the bank on it. So I highly recommend using Attorney Ken Frizzell!

Ken Frizzell has been a close friend of my family for many years, and when I got in a car accident in 2011 I was given a ticket. Ken handled my ticket and was extremely reliable and efficient. He reduced my ticket to a low and affordable fine, and I didn't get traffic school, points, it wasn't reported to insurance, and it wasn't reported to the DMV. I definitely trust him to handle any legal issues for me, and would recommend him to anyone else. He is honest and trustworthy.

I have always gone to Ken Frizzell for 3 speeding tickets in the last 3 years as well as expired plates ticket last year. First and fore most Mr. Frizzell was the first out of 6 Attorneys I was shopping around for that invited me to come over to his office and talk to him face to face. I thought right off the bat that this was a good gesture as the other 5 attorneys only wanted to talk either through email or telephone. The information that Mr. Frizzell gave me is pretty much the same information that every other Attorney gave me so I had no doubt to think he is lying to me. He also was upfront with me and let me know he doesn't do this or that and that if that's what I truly wanted then I would need to find another Attorney that specializes in that field. So for me I give Mr. Frizzell a 5 star.
