While I was in custody and unable to help myself my father retrained Gregory Knapp without me even knowing. My situation with Gregory Knapp was long and HORRIBLE! I did NOT want this man representing me from the start!
Long story short I ended up getting bailed out on $138,000.00 bail and was able to retain a competent attorney I wanted (Warren J. Geller). Warren Geller was able to get me misdemeanor charges. Gregory Knapp wanted me to plead guilty to a felony charge!!!!

I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to hire this man. Do your research. Meet with more than one attorney. Remember, when you think you have it bad someone else has it worse. Hope this helps. Best of luck. God bless.

I made a mistake but instead of help he charged me $10000.00 and did nothing!! Shamed me and then ripped me off!! Never notified me of a court date and caused me another warrant. Then demanded more money to represent me. Gave him $5000.00 down and to pay balance when case over card me said case settled and was pd balance of $5000.00 but it was not,!!

I retained Gregory Knapp and long story short is that I should have gotten everything in writing! I trusted him and took his word on a hand shake, when it came time for him to fulfill his end of the deal he claimed that he had never agreed to it. When I reminded him of what he had said he basically told me to leave his office. I would not be leaving this negative review if he had just fulfilled his end of the deal, I tried to resolve this matter with him but he was unwilling to budge. This was my experience and yours may be different. I would be willing to adjust this review if he were to make things right with me. Thanks for reading.

Greg Knapp and his associates represented me when I worried if anyone would. Both Mr. Knapp and his staff were hard working, friendly and incredibly effective as far as representing me in my case. I was impressed at his knowledge of the law and at how well he understood the legal process here in Las Vegas. Although I had gotten myself into a really difficult circumstance, Greg and his assistant Alex were not only able to tell me what to expect and how the legal process was going to go, but they were able to give me the peace of mind so that there was very little stress involved in the process. When I had questions they had answers, and when I needed clarification on anything associated with my case they were always right there to let me know of any updates and changes, and to give me the answers I needed. When I called they always answered, even at times when most would not. Worst Lawyer ever. We had someone we wrote a story about file a restraining order against us. Mr. Knapp gave us the wrong advice and the wrong dates. Which almost caused us to inadvertently violate the order and get arrested. He was hard to get a hold of, did not return calls, and the lady in his office started off nice but ended up rude and unhelpful. When you hire an ex-prosecutor as your attorney, expect to be treated like a defendant I guess. In the future Ill stick with defense attorneys who are not former prosecutors.
