THE ATTENTIVE HARDWORKING LAW FIRM YOU CAN TRUST... JUST WOW!!! First off You never know when you can be a victim of an accident. I don’t wish an injury involved accident on anyone. Injuries make it hard to move around and get going. I was involved in an Accident 2:30p June 8,2019 . The at fault driver totaled my car TOTAL LOST I freaked out because I didn’t have insurance but I needed treatment and to get better. I didn’t know what to expect but I was expecting the worst.. I started trying to take care of things myself but that wasn’t working so I went with Plan B and got an Attorney..The first Attorney I tried they percentage wasn’t reasonable and time was not on my side with them.... a friend agree and referred me to Pacific West. that same day I gave Kris a call.That same day Kris started working on my case!!!! (I WAS IN TREATMENT THE NEXT DAY!!!!)Things were looking rocky at first because it turned out the person that hit me was not on the insurance policy and there was only liability on the vehicle.. Just had to write this review. I just got in my car and I’m sitting in the parking lot of Pacific West Injury holding the largest amount of money I’ve ever had in my life but it came with a cost of course. I won’t even get into that and those things are not what this review is about. It’s about this law firm and the man who runs it. Kris Helmick is an unbelievable human being. I had so many doctors appts, I lost my job, could not pay bills, my personal relationships were terrible. Kris helped me through everything. Even listened to me to me rant for like a half hour one time at 8 o’clock at night because he knew I just needed someone to talk to. The quality of customer service here is in a class by itself. The office staff are so accommodating and friendly. If you need an attorney who cares about you and cares about making sure the insurance companies do right by you, do yourself a favor and hire Kris. I truly hope this review helps someone that doesn’t know which lawyer to hire, make the right decision.
