I SAID its UNPROFESSIONAL BC Since I have been in your office at 930 it was suppose to be open at 9! yesterday bc the office wasn't even open, on my first day of training. I haven't been told to do anything just stare at the wall. Y’all save your time and your money. My wife and I went in for legal advice and he was dumbfounded when I said she was my wife asking “if it was even legal” that should have been the first sign for us to walk out and find someone new but we needed a lawyer. He then forgot to file a petition which caused me to be out of work for over 7 months because I lost status. He also claimed “the law didn’t allow him to” even tho I was gonna be left with no status. The day of the interview he called and told us he wasnt gonna come with us after he had told us he would come to the interview the day we paid for everything. Honestly the only person that was professional and friendly was Ixsel she was super nice!

Do not use this guy. After a couple of years of inaction on a petition filed for a parent we have just learned through another lawyer that there hasn't been anything submitted on the case. Jeff infact gave us misleading/false updates claiming everything had been submitted in the past. It's unfortunate it has taken us over 3 years to walk away. Don't fall victim just like we did.
