Raleigh Real Estate does an amazing job. As a lender, it is necessary to have partners that respond quickly and keep the file moving forward fast. Can't say enough about Katie and her team. Love working with them!

Disappointing experience with this firm. Several mistakes made on closing docs due to lack of communication between Katie and her staff. Appears to be a loosely run operation that may do well for simple quick transactions but not for more complex closings (part of an estate settlement). I would not use this firm again and would not recommend them.

Katie does an excellent job representing my buyers. She always responds quickly and demonstrates commitment and concern for her clients. Katie has also provided guidance in landlord-tenant matters for my investment properties and is quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Great experience with RREL. They answered questions and concerns from my buyers without drama. Keeping everyone calm and on track is a redeeming quality they have mastered.

Raleigh Real Estate Law is the best in the in the area! I was a first-time seller with a lot of questions; Katie was a knowledgeable attorney who answered all my questions and was happy to explain every step of the process. Katie and her team provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to all details of my upcoming agreement toward the sale of the house. The negotiation and sale process had some unexpected complications, and the Raleigh Real Estate team handled it professionally and expeditiously given lender-imposed time constraints. The Raleigh Real Estate team worked closely with the mortgage lender to ensure that all legal requirements were satisfied and the loan was cleared in time for closing. I would highly recommend this attorney.

My closings here are always fantastic, and my clients are always pleased! The staff is communicative, knowledgeable, and well versed on the closing processing, making for a smooth transaction every time. They are unique in that they directly communicate with the buyer and agent every step of the way, and the attorney is very caring and hands on. I wish all of my clients would close here!!

Not a pleasent experience working with this firm. We came to working with them following a personal recommendation from our lender. After having to pester our lender to apply / document a previously agreed upon lender credit days before close, Raleigh Real Estate Law simultaneously added additional fees totaling the exact same amount of our lender credit. When I say simultaneously, I mean less then 48 hours until close, after receiving our closing disclosure, in the same email confirming the credit was applied. Their reasoning was the additional paperwork tied to our first time home buyer program, despite having the details of our loan / sale for two weeks, and having already documented our fees on closing disclosure. It's worth noting their fee sheet provided at contract notes no additional fees of this sort, unless a separate detailed fee sheet is requested. It was only in refusing to move forward that the fee got "waived". At closing, we inquired when payments would be issued to contractors tied to sale. We were told checks would be mailed in 2-3 days. 8 days later, when our carpet contractor still hadn't received payment, we stopped in to find out the status of the check. We were told they were mailed when they should have been, but they wouldn't confirm when. Not surprisingly, 2 recipients confirmed their checks received postmarked as mailed 8-9 days after closing (the day we stopped in and the following one). Unreliable experience we wouldn't wish on others.
