Please reconsider your receptionist's attitude. Her name is Terrisa. I have never had such poor and disrespectful phone service from a professional. Needed a simple address change and her blatantly rude comments and sighs throughout gave me little faith in the service I requested.

Always kind courteous beneficial informative, confidentiality , friendly , knowledgeable, the best of all law offices . I've not had good experience in Knoxville, or other offices around. But am well pleased with this office.
