Poor advice and short explaination.

Mr. Ridenour seems like a good guy but I can't recommend this business because they are so horrible at communication. In process of selling a home, I was misled and ignored, definitely not kept in the loop. The other seller and the buyer of the house were not treated this way, and I was never given any explanation. Phones went unanswered, voicemails never returned, emails finally returned weeks later when I used an employee's email address from a message the buyer forwarded to me. I live an hour away and, due to health issues, could not make trips to do everything in person - maybe that is why I got overlooked. Do not use unless you live next door and can show up in person to get help!
