I was charged with a DUI plus two other violations. He was able to get my DUI reduced to Reckless Driving and have two of the other violations dismissed. I was very distraught with what had happened. Recently I retired from the practice of Real Estate law. When often consulted for a referral to a good DUI or other criminal firm I never wavered from Don Turner and Manal Chehimi. Don's trial work is legendary.and In each instance I would receive a call of incredible gratitude from the family, the defendant etc, raving about the experience. I would ask, "what was the best part?" and the responses varied, although the common denominator was "I can't believe the personal touch, there were many times I just had to call Manal's cell and she would talk me down from the ceiling", or "Don has a way about him that made everyone in the courtroom would stop and listen". Imagine my shock when a member of my family landed in a place with multiple charges against him which included several felony and misdemeanors. We went straight to Turner and Chehimi and at the first meeting the fear and helplessness were addressed just as directly as the strategy to build a defense. I gained a sense of how the processes and personalities worked on the other side, and what should be done to build a case, You might ask what was was my "best part?" First the result: facing 40 years the result was 0 jail, and no felonies or misdemeanors on his record. Second, the fees were reasonable, Third, The defendant and I both were shocked at the sheer maliciousness of the prosecution in the DUI phase, but Don and Manal demanded justice, and the result improved. Fourth, the entire staff at their office is there for questions, etc. Fifth and finally- when it seemed that the nerves and confusion as to options were overwhelming I could request a face to face and Don or Manal and they would make time show and tell regarding the case, the the evidence, communication, and thus resume hope. These people are experienced, patient, caring, connected to resources for recovery courses, well known by the "other side", and overall a class act.

The Don Turner legal team saved me from a horrible situation, I made a mistake and through there kindness I was able to keep from getting a criminal record.

Don gave me help, that I desperately needed. Had an accident with my tractor (Bob tailing, I had dropped my trailer, and was at a blind intersection and I went to make my turn. I was broad sided by 6 cars, and a truck hit me , and spun me around. My CDL, was in jeapordy, despite I had an emaculate driving record.

Don took care of it, and never saw anyting on my license.
