I reached Mr. Merbaum via a referral from the Atlanta Bar, in reference to an insurance issue where my neighbors dead tree had fallen on my vehicles, and the tree roots had damaged my driveway. After an initial consultation with Mr. Merbaum, he explained the process that we would need to go thru to deal with a "Trespass and Nuisance" suit, against the neighbor, in order to force the appropriate actions between him and his insurance company to cover the losses and tree removal. David was very reasonable, starting with a "fixed price" cost to send the appropriate demand letters, to see if they invoked the appropriate action. After they did, David continued to represent me thru the arbitration processes with the neighbor's insurance company, in the end collecting all of the claims/losses incurred. I highly recommend David and his firm - he is knowledgeable, sets reasonable expectations of what to expect, and then drives to deliver those.
