You can call or email them and they will reply or return your call asap.
If you email the attorney remember to CC her assistant as you know attorneys don't sit at their offfice all day, they do travel and be at court. So if you email the attorney and don't CC her assistant it may take awhile, as the assistant can assistant quickly. I used them in 2015 and today in 2017 if I have any questions they still help me. I highly recommend them...

There's no way these 5 star reviews can be legitimate. I won my claim, but it's not due to any outstanding work done by the Khaki Law Firm. I won because my medical records were solid, and because I was credible in court. I was barely given updates, was not assisted with the application process, emails or calls not returned, questions unanswered, no pre-hearing brief sent to my judge, and all of my medical records were NOT pulled before court .. even though I notified them when I saw a new doctor, and reminded them to pull my my recent records! They were not with me "every step of the way". I was miserable. It's all "this and that" about Sarah, but don't get excited... Sarah doesn't even really represent in court hearings anymore. You might speak w/ her initially, but she probably will not represent you! I met with the lawyer who represented me for only 20 minutes before my hearing started! She was nervous and NOT familiar with my case at all. It showed in the hearing. Her opening statement was WEAK, and she made me nervous during my testimony.... Anyway, the Khaki Law Firm is doing divorces now. Disability is not their main interest anymore. WATCH OUT. If you happen to win, you'll wind up paying thousands out of your award for their poor representation and headaches they gave you.
