We used Williams & Williams for an auto case from October 2016 based upon the fact they were friends of the program and asked to. The entire process felt disconnected and unconcerned for our needs. The personal injury offer didn't seem like it was the best offer we could have received. As of today, November 28th, 2018, the doctor's office still has not been paid after been told it would be 'dealt' with in July 17th, 2017.

Justin WIlliams handled my personal injury case after I was involved in a bad car wreck on i-285. He was highly recommended by a friend, as someone who would actually listen to your story and take into account all of the aspects of the situation and events in order to ensure maximum compensation. I didn't want to go with an impersonal big billboard attorney like the one who was literally standing by my bed when I woke up after surgery at Grady Trauma Center, trying to get me to sign a contract before I even fully grasped were I was, or what had happened to me! Justin had a trucking case of mine 1yr 9m he kept saying was hard.So iasked him to refer me out and he said ok..the 2 yr Statue was about run out. Horrible and inconsiderate law firm. Only spoke with Justin Williams 3 times out of a 8 month long injury case. After I left him and his assistant countless messages and voicemails of me loosing my job and still in pain. Justin only felt the need to call when he received the check and approve it without my permission. I am currently with Morgan & Morgan to sue this firm. Please stay clear and do research before deciding.

They are the worst law firm. They told me since I got liability that the other driver insurance won’t cover any of the damages to my car and also lied and said that it wasn’t the other driver fault when clearly I have a police report stating it’s the other driver fault and on top of that instead of trying to help me about going another route on what i should do they just left me abandoned. I wouldn’t recommend Justin to anybody!!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with any attorney. Promised to handle my case and that I would have my demand in 6 months. Prolonged my case took over a year. Wouldn't return calls and continuously ignored me. Told me that they would handle this matter. Received $300 for my case after being told it was worth $10,000.
