POOR communication, always felt like i was bothering them. Late with getting paperwork ready, then DIDNT send my insurance check out until a week later when My insurance company called and asked for it.The response was "we didnt have an address to know where to send it" ok why not call and ask, rather than wait for someone to call you asking where it is.... dale jackson i think was his name was not very professional either, more time spent trying to brag about what he has and what he has done rather than just do the job. I dont recommend anyone go here until some staffing issues are addressed.

One of my favorite law groups. I have been using Dale and his team for years. I appreciate Dale's honesty and thoroughness, even though as a Commercial Real Estate agent, he can drive me crazy with details! That is his job and I know that my clients really appreciate it.

I'm not leaving a good review. I wouldn't recommend this law firm located in Duluth. Not professional like I expected. Customer service was lacking. Would advise finding a better law firm. When I called and talked to the people in the office, they acted like you were bothering them, very unfriendly. They were by law suppose to provide me the Closing Paperwork and I didn't get it on time. They were short with me through emails. Smart asses I would say. They were late at getting their part of the paperwork done to close on our house. They acted like they didn't know what was going on half of the time.
