Very friendly professional staff. Customer service was excellent. The environment of the office is outstanding. All requests were addressed and answered. The attorney was knowledgeable and helpful. There is a little room for improvement in making sure the participants understand when to come back to sign documents and making sure all are there. Once identified it was simple, quick, and efficiently executed. Overall had a great experience and would recommend this law firm to others.

Simply put, I still have nightmares on how this firm handled my case. Nickled and dimed everything they could, ran through over 20k on a custody battle that would normally cost you 5k. Never won a court hearing in my case, only promises and defeats. Drained me of all my funds 7and left me high, dry, and defeated once the money ran out. I was assigned three different attorneys through it all, and was lied to from the beginning. Above it all I lost a real shot at having custody with my only daughter because of they're sloppy, unorganized, and poorly ran firm. Honestly the worst desicion and experience I ever had. I have since moved on, but will never forget how they treated my case and effected my future with my daughter. Will never understand how Sara sleeps at night knowing what her firm did to me throughout all of this. Please stay far away from this firm, not allowing the same horror story happen to you!

Quick to respond to emails/questions. After almost a year of the "pro se" approach due to previous representation not accomplishing anything, I went with Atlanta Divorce Law Group and my case was finalized in less than 2 months after the initial consultation. Having something to compare my experience to, this firm was nothing like my last one. Definitely recommended and depending on the circumstances, may even use them again soon.

By far the most professional, caring, and thorough group of women! After mind numbing searching for an attorney that was a good fit, Ashley Pepitone was and is the girl you want in your corner! She has fought for me, given expert advice, and made me feel like I mattered. She tells me like it is and has helped me in more ways she will know other than my divorce. The relationship you have with your attorney is an important one and finding that right person to trust, can be frustrating. But from the very beginning they took me under their wing and started on my case. This team of amazing people have made an ugly divorce a lot smoother than I could have ever hoped for. I put my faith and trust in this firm and I have not been disappointed. ADLG is where it’s at!

At the beginning, they were great. They warned us that a custody case would be expensive but it felt like they were worth it. As the case continued to proceed, we started noticing that although the case started slowing down, the bills still kept strong. We were charged for every single thing, including when they put us on hold. When they started changing the staff, they billed us for them reviewing our case and getting up to speed. They started asking for information and then a week later, a different member would ask for the same information and then bill us the time they wasted calling us and looking for the previous information. Then near the end, they billed us for other lawyers looking at our case with no warning.

They seem like good lawyers, but they are horribly unorganized and will bill you for everything. We know that custody cases can take a large chunk of time and money, but with this firm you will run out of money before you get to the finish line.

Your case is too important to have a group of lawyers who only think of you as a paycheck.

What attracted me to ADLG is their holistic approach and their goal to get everyone out of the divorce whole, as much as that is possible in light of the circumstances. They offer guidance, ask questions. They are empathic and supportive yet direct, when they need to be. Highly recommend!

Please take the time to find an attorney who cares because this group is all about the money. They drag their feet on EVERYTHING, meanwhile piling on tons of weekly billing charges. The attorney they sent to my mediation was not the attorney I hired that knew my case. A stranger walked in to represent me without having even read my case (she had to read through it quickly when she sat down ). Very unprofessional. I ended up with a very bad custody agreement that isn’t in the best interests of my kids. I’m having to go back to court now. ADLG wanted to go to court (for obvious reasons $) and were substandard in mediation negotiations. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with these people.

They might be nice and friendly, but I am looking for more out of my attorney. This firm does not have it. They are also very frequent on billing fees.

I know both Sara and Jeanette personally, and Sara and I are both members of a group of lawyers committed to exceptional client service. We run a family law firm in Connecticut, but sometimes have folks who have divorce or family law issues in Georgia. When we do, it is always a pleasure to be able to refer them to the team at the Atlanta Divorce Group. They understand how divorce is going to impact the entire family financially, socially, and emotionally and guide their clients through all of it.

I was in a very desperate position and went to Atlanta divorce law for help. I laid out my case for them and I was very encouraged with the response. After paying a retainer and having an initial phone conference, my strategy meeting was abruptly cancelled via an email 2 hours prior to the meeting. I was released as a client without any explanation. The managing partner cited resources as an issue. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life. If a firm this size can’t handle simple divorce decree modifications I wouldn’t give them the chance to handle anything really important. Please be careful of anything they say to you.

Having Atlanta Divorce Law Group working on my case was a flawless experience, start to finish. They were extremely up front and professional from the first day I met them for a consultation all the way through the signing and certifying of my final papers, and I knew exactly what to expect and consider from day one. Based on conversations and other communications with various people in the office throughout the process, it was evident that they had taken the time to really know all of the details of my situation and understand exactly what my end goals were. They all worked hard, even through nights and weekends when the opposing party tried to cause issues, and in the end they were able to secure what was best for me and, most important, for my children's future. One hundred percent recommend without hesitation.

This group of Attorneys took advantage of me financially and my family in a way that caused irreparable damage to my children. Their number one concern is money. Do not let them lull you into a false sense of comfort because they are “female” and “care about you during this unfortunate time.” They will bill you incessantly without ever moving your case forward. They sent an attorney to mediate my case that I had never met. She had not reviewed my case prior to showing up and admitted that she needed time to brush up (five min before mediation). This is after Jeanette Solstys agreed to represent me. I communicated with her through the entire case, fully expecting her to show up to mediation only to be told THE DAY OF that her associate would do just as good a job. Apparently she had something more important she needed to schedule at the last minute. They ALSO dropped the ball on the mediator, who was supposed to be determined by them. Instead we went with the one my ex husbands attorney arranged with the assurance that “he seems fine” since the one they arranged didn’t show up (because they never even scheduled it). I felt pressure to accept a agreement I was not comfortable with because I didn’t trust my attorney to fight for me in court, and after the fleecing they gave me, I couldn’t afford to start from scratch with a new one. Since my case was finalized I’ve been told by countless attorneys, friends, and judges that the “deal” they arranged for me and my children was a travesty. I’ve heard more than once that “you really got screwed by your attorney.” Thank you ADLG for taking the savings of a scared, vulnerable, single mother who thought she was in the hands of caring, professional, female attorneys. On a side note: many of their five star reviews are posted by individuals who share no personal experience with this firm, which seem suspect. Reviews are meant to give customers a clear picture of their experiences patronizing a business, not a clear picture of how many friends they have that have posted reviews about how they know them personally and professionally and recommend them to everyone they know.

***UPDATE*** ALDG posted a response to my review soliciting more business. I think I will pass on the “free phone call.” I’m not sure what part of a different attorney showing up to represent me was a “misunderstanding of the mediation process.” I hope this review gives anyone considering using this firm a reason to rethink.

My divorce felt unreal, as I imagine it does for most people, and I could not believe it was actually going to happen...something I was not looking forward to. As the bread winner of the household, I was concerned about my financial liability. At the same time, I didn’t know what would be considered “doing the right thing” for someone I shared a life with for so long.
