I am an employee with this company and have been almost 2 years and am very happy there. I also am a patient of a group whom uses this service and called in for the Dr in an after hours situation before i worked for them. I recommend this company from both perspectives.

I met with Staci/Stacie for an interview and she seemed nice in the beginning. It was probably the worst interview I’ve been on though. She asked me general question but nothing related to my impeccable skills/work experience. REWIND: When she called to setup the interview I advised her that I work full time so if evening hours aren’t available for training/work then I would decline the opportunity. She said that it will be discussed during interview. Of course at the interview she “claims” that he Job Requisition was straight forward about what they were looking for. (Today, two weeks after interview, I noticed that she created a second post for the job the SAME DAY as my interview with the hours they were looking to fill HOWEVER the week before when she set up the interview she failed to mention those hours) They are hiring for mornings ONLY! In HER MIND she thought her two job posts were consistent WRONG the first one lacked detailed information. Then She had the audacity to ask me why am I considering leaving my full time job. ONCE AGAIN OVER THE PHONE i told her I work full time and needed evening hours. Evidently It didn’t register in her head. She wasted my time. Towards the end she tried to make it seem like I misunderstood. She must have memory issues because I had to remind her twice about what we discussed during our phone call. I would NEVER leave my well paying, phenomenal benefits, leading healthcare company for a part time (family owned is hell) business. If her FIRST post for the position clearly laid out the hours, I WOULD'VE NEVER APPLIED! After reading the other reviews, i definitely dodged a bullet.

Consistency we get poor service, half taken messages, and when you call them back trying to get them to contact the right person, it’s excuses, excuses excuses why they can’t.

I was looking to hire an answering service and this was one of the companies I was considering. After reading the reviews and feedback from other people I came to the conclusion this is not a place I will hire. When your business reputation can be lifted or lowered by the kind of people that answer the phone, you need to be 100% certain you've got top notch people doing the job. I don't get that feeling with this company.

We get to focus on working and growing revenue, and Perfect Answer acts as a part of our team, answering calls professionally at all times of the day, and sending us the messages. I have been an employee of The Perfect Answer since October 2018. I was very skeptical at first, because how can you trust a Craigslist ad? I went on the interview and met with Stacie, and discussed my reservations. She went over everything, including the history of the company, their dedication to training and support, their commitment to their customers, etc.

I left that interview wanting desperately to work there! I was hired shortly after, and started training almost immediately. The attention to detail in training by this company is phenomenal! Every situation you could think of is reviewed and practiced. The full time trainer, Heather, is dedicated to her job and is concerned about the operator getting it right, but encouraging and supportive when you get it wrong.

I have never felt that amount of support in a job, ever. I'm human, and sometimes I don't know what to do, but there is always someone available to help me help the client.

If you ever get the chance to work for this company, jump at it, you won't regret it! And if you need live operators to answer for your business, you can't find more helpful, happy operators than our team.
Also, being able to work from home is a perk that I love, but working from the office is very enjoyable as well.
