Charles Smith is the worst attorney when it comes to personal injury cases. He is self-serving and unethical in his greed for money. He has you sign releases and yet require you to go get all documentation. When you ask for copies of the work he produces he never provides. He hates to respond to emails because it creates a paper trail which he does not want. He prays on your ignorance of the law. His copy machine is always broke. All and I mean All pre-gathering of information for your case is done by you. All phone calls are made by you. He thinks he deserves 33 1/3 for making you do all the work. When you tell him what you want he decides for you what’s best especially if it cuts his 33 1/3. Don’t trust the scripture quotes on the phone. I find he hides behind that but he’s not that honest or great of a Christian don’t trust him.
His prays on your ignorance and fear of the matter to manipulate and bully you into an outcome. Trust me he’s not working for you orbon your behalf it’s only about him getting paid while he makes you do your own work to give him 33 1/3 percent.
