If you say you're calling by 3PM please call by 3PM. I had started laying out all my paperwork and ran through my head all the important questions I wanted to ask you starting at 2:30PM. This is very important for my mom. Now, if by 3:35PM I still haven't heard from you I guess you'll understand why I would be upset and no longer interested in your services. My excitement and anticipation quickly turned into dismay and disappointment.

If I may constructively suggest: please give your clients at least a 30-minute window where you would call so you can SET their expectations right. I'm not asking for all of your attention as I know you have a huge client base. I'm just asking for a little professionalism on your part.

In the meantime, I might not be able to get back my wasted 65 minutes of preparation and wait time but at least I'm thankful that I would get a refund for the consultation fee you charge.

I wanted to have you look at my ray of hope for my mother/sister's case but instead it feels like you extinguished it right off the bat.

Thanks for my attorney Brittany and her assistant for help me to get my green card so fast.

Paid $1800 in deposit, and because the federal law has changed no paperwork could be done. When I asked for a refund, only about $800 was returned to me. They charged me 600 dollars for my first two meeting with the attorney, even though I was already charged the first consultation fee over the phone. They charged for short phone calls and emails to the paralegal. Not a single paperwork pertaining to my case was ever filed, and they took 60% of my deposit. Do not do business with these people, they will rip you off.

By far the BEST immigration law firm I've ever known. They saved me from deportation a few years back, helped me with my dream of becoming a US citizen and petition for my mother who by the way is arriving next week as a legal permanent resident. This is by far the best immigration i have ever dealt with. They represented me on most issue about me and my family and I must say, they nailed it big time.

Now i am hiring them again for one of my family members for N600 and passport service, and i will make another review about them if they are going to take this inconvenience off once again this time.

My mother is still dealing with her immigration situation and it's been over 12 years! These stupid lawyers put her case in as asylum, you are liars and thieves especially Nancy Miller. My mom did not come to this country based on asylum you all are incompetent. You got over 6 thousand dollars from my family. And now I'm still trying to pick up the pieces from your fraudulent case! If I could give a please don't go there review I would I beg however is thinking of dealing with this "law firm" (thieves) to please do your research and take your money and clientele somewhere else.
