She's incredibly neglectful with any kind of time sensitive paperwork. She will NOT respond to any of your emails at first, it will take about three emails and a couple of phone calls. She will misplace important paperwork and ask for you to resend. She will NEVER keep you informed about the status of your case you have to call/email and beg for information about what's going on. And, if you have to pay fees along with paperwork she has to turn in? Forget it. She will NOT let you know. This can go on and on! A simple case that should have taken 6 months to resolve has turned to almost a year and a half, all due to her lack of professional work ethic and persistent miscommunication. Miriam Espinosa is the most unorganized, inefficient and unqualified attorney. But I want to sincerely save you months of frustration and warn you NOT to count on her for help.
