Register the corporation for 8 weeks, so far no documents have been submitted. The secretary constantly writes down my number, promises to call back ... as you know, it does not happen

To clarify the post from Susan W. We were never hired by Susan to do any services her ex husband did hire us to do a couple services that were completed. One service we completed for him, his asset holder gave him information and he told us to close the file. Now just recently after many months he contacted me yesterday and told me the asset holder information he gave us was incorrect and asked if we would re open his file I told him no problem we will be happy to assist him. So the review from Susan W. is inaccurate in her statements and I have documentation to prove my statements. It is really horrible for business owners to have to be exposed to people posting inaccurate reviews but now at least there is re course for business owners if a business owner can prove a review is inaccurate they can sue for up to 2000 per day that the review is public.

We The People (Jayne Bromberg) will not return our phone calls or reply to our emails. We submitted several documents over two years ago, call frequently, and they are unresponsive. We are still waiting for our matter to settle. Highly unprofessional.
