Last May, I gave Donald DeSimone 5 stars (review below) - which still seems totally inadequate - for helping my son prevail - against all odds - in an extremely tricky and difficult child custody situation.
Now, this month, he pulled yet another rabbit out of the hat: After four years of delays, continuances, refusals to cooperate and utter nonsense from the other side, my son's divorce is final. This has been an ongoing nightmare between the custody issue and the divorce, and Donald DeSimone has been in there battling for us every inch of the way.
You need a warrior? Donald DeSimone is your man. He'll dig his heels in and fight the good fight for you. You simply cannot do better.

Five stars are completely inadequate to describe how Donald DeSimone performs for his clients. He stuck with us through thick and thin for three long, tough years. He went above and beyond to advise us and to prevail in a very complicated and difficult custody/divorce case, where all the cards were against us for a win. Yet he won.

I used this guy in my divorce and I lost everything. He made me lie to the judge about when I first gave him my retainer. After I had already given him well over $5000 he blocked my phone calls when I couldn't just drop everything for his random expenses. Had me sing a cover letter that turns out to be my finale divorce. I lost all rights to my home child and finances.

After talking with his colleagues in the Los Angeles court house. I was informed that Donald has never taken a case to trial. Due to the fact he can't sit still long enough to have one.

Donald is a very passionate, and confident person with the vison to see all the options. He is dedicated and professional when working your case. He drove from Burbank to Mojave for our trial. He was on time very well prepared, no stone was left unturned, nothing was left unsaid. I never had to remind him of any of the facts about the case, he was on top of it all. In this world a lot of things happen that are horrible and something happens that we don't deserve. Therefore, we have to hire help to prove our innocence or fix a situation. I have experience with a previous different attorney which is totally different from the experience I have had with Don. With the other attorney I felt he was just taking my money and I had zero support, zero care and I was just paying him to talk to the other party. That is the worst feeling that you could feel. So then I hired Don. With Don I felt that he really did care and he did. Don shows the enthusiasm to help fight for you. That means so much when you're in horrible situations to have a warrior on your side. So with my case we had a huge victory for my favor thanks to Don's wisdom and expertise.

I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney and if he cannot help you he will refer you to one who can.

Don was my divorce lawyer. He always gave me excellent advice and was completely honest from day one. It’s hard to find an honest lawyer who knows what he’s doing and at a fair price. Don and his staff were always very helpful and responsive with the many questions I had about my divorce process. So let me start by saying thank you to Donald and Wendy as well as his staff. They got me out of a huge problem. Let me start off by saying that the system is flawed, and anyone could say and do anything to make you look like the bad guy. Long story short I had a Child support case that was on going for a few years. All I wanted was a DNA test to establish paternity and if so be responsible with my actions. If I would have gone to court on my own, I would have been screwed and mind you, I already have a family of my own. But we are Human and make mistakes, but like I said I just wanted closure. After a few times time of having a court case on schedule and postponing and all the red tape and waste of time and money ,that goes in to the legal system.
