The California Border Patrol seized an eight year old vehicle that I co-signed a loan for. The driver had to forfeit the vehicle, to the CBP, or face a possible six-year jail term. They kept the vehicle for nearly a year as evidence in a case that didn't even relate to the driver. In order to get the vehicle back, the CBP wanted ME, the innocent owner, to pay a $3,000 fine and all impound and storage fees. That's when I realized I needed an Asset Forfeiture Lawyer.
All our business was handled by phone, text message, email, fax and credit card. There was no need to travel to his office. All his instructions were clear and concise. I was very happy with the way he handled negotiations for my case and surprised at how quickly it was concluded.
From past experience I know how hard it is to find an attorney that is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive and capable of dealing successfully on behalf of his clients. Jacek Lentz is all of these. That's why he gets a five-star recommendation from me.
I highly recommend him to anyone in need of help
you’ll not be disappointed he’s amazing he actually works for you and is very knowledgeable and wins cases over and over again thank you Attorney Jacek!!!
