This firm and attorney are both there to take your money and give you no service, Asherson is very unprofessional , and never file for immigration docs on time, had a 6 months time to prepare my case and when court date is there, he goes to japan or china and send a attorney who does not know anything about your case, this happened to me. and got me deported and he promised to refile my case for free since he messed up, guess what ?? no he never did.

It’s been a few years now since our family received our citizenship and I look back on the days when we were planning our move. It was a lot of work and time but of course, in the end, worth it all. I’ve always been one to do things by the book and with something as important as immigration, especially these days, I didn’t want to leave ANYTHING to chance. I had been using Ana Darbinian for a number of years prior for visa’s and green cards and when it came time to get our citizenship there was no way I’d go anywhere else. These people promised my mom a free consultation and they cancel her with out notice because they thought she couldn’t pay, my mom was ready to pay whatever they asked for. She had to file everything on her own. They new very little about the DACA program that was extended for two more years. Because they rely on old information. I would like to share my experience with and pay my gratitude towards Anna Darbinian and her Law Firm (Asherson, Klein & Darbinian). I met for first time Anna by the year 2000. I knew at that time that the only way to obtain my Permanent Residence in this country it was having the expertise advice and work of a professional in this matter. From day one, Anna was so clear, straightforward and very professional and explained to me step by step what it was needed to be done and the financial cost of it. From that day, I put my life in this country in her hands, even though personal issues didn’t allow me to start a legal process right away. In 2001, finally I could start my legal process with her. By that time, the whole situation had changed, the process was going to be different, with a different approach and a very different cost. I accepted the terms and conditions and we started to work towards our goal.
Unfortunately, as the months went by, things in this country changed dramatically. After September 11, everything changed!!! The whole immigration panorama changed and the consequence of that was that most of the cases went frozen. It is very important to mention that every and each step of the long and difficult journey I had to survive, Anna and her team stood up at my side giving me the whole support I needed which made me feel secure and safe.

I could say one thing about this office and specially Anna Darbnian : they come through and delivere the promised.
My personal experience was stupid enough for working with another 2 law offices before I found them and truthfully was word of mouth because none of the other 5 stars offices could come close to their knowledge and explained my case and the time would take and tell me the exact cost for the whole thing start to finish
